Hazelcreak - Wahpeton (Live at Missfits Tavern)

In early 2024, I joined Twin Cities band Hazelcreak on a short run from Minneapolis to Chicago and along the way we played at Appleton, Wi’s Missfits Tavern.

A local guy came by to check out the show and video’d the whole evening. He subsequently uploaded the Hazelcreak tune “Wahpeton” to his “DanGer Videos” Youtube channel, a treasure trove of live music performances that this guy has captured around Wisconsin. He selects 1 track from each set and uploads it to youtube. Each video is numbered and sorted into playlists by genre. I’m grateful to have played a note in both the symphonies of Hazelcreak and DanGer Videos.

Stake Dinner - Creature of the Night (Live from Shipwreck Cove

I went to college in Boston and for a while, me and my roommates named our basement Shipwreck Cove and threw rock shows down there. I had sooooo much fun doing that I wish I could do it as a job. Once, my dear friend Ellie’s halloween punk band Stake Dinner did a little session at the Cove. I edited it the video and my friends Chloe and Jackson shot it.

Aadi Rip - “Slow Leak” video

I went to Garrison, ND with “Aadi Rip” (who would later transform into Tommy Goodroad after a vision came to him) for a weekend at my grandparents’ house. While there I shot and edited this video of Tommy jumping around like an idiot at the otherwise beautiful Sakakawea State Park.

Before there was Tommy Goodroad there was Aadi Rip. And I was the Be El Be to his Young Thug. Co-directed this video with our awesome friend Ezra Bergmann. I did the editing. ‘Don’t overdo it’ evidently was an unfamiliar concept to me.
